Who wouldn’t enjoy… the quiet crunch of snow beneath your cross-country skis, the fresh mountain air in your lungs, and the warm winter sun on the bridge of your nose? If you have discovered cross-country skiing, you know how relaxing movement can be.
The trails that run past our guesthouse make it easy to become addicted to this winter fun, whenever you feel like it. But those who want to go a little higher don’t have far to go. At the Sellraintal-Kühtai ski area you will find many high-altitude trails, which are tracked from the beginning of December to mid-April. Many of our trails are lit until 10:00 pm.

Oberperfuss is located where the Inn valley and the Sellrain valley intersect, offering a winter wonderland in so many ways! Here you will find your own paths, inconspicuous slopes and majestic views of the valley. Whether you are alone or in a group, constant movement through the snow opens the mind and an unhindered path into the valley makes your heart sing.
However, it is important to take safety precautions. Pay attention to current weather warnings, the avalanche report, and sign up for training and instruction sessions. We are home to the first ski tour educational trail in all of Austria.
