A hiker’s paradise in the Sellrain valley
Extensive and diversified
The hiking trails of the Sellrain valley wind along the source streams that flow high up among the 45 Stubai peaks - some over 3,000 m high. 380 km of marked trails are waiting for you to discover them.
The breadth of these trails makes it possible for your own individual hiking experience to unfold and numerous, breathtaking moments amidst the Stubai Alps landscape.
To each his own
Our region offers easy hikes, multi-day Alpine inn tours, or ambitious summit climbs via ferrata for experienced mountain climbers.
Those seeking inner reflection are invited to sojourn as the pilgrims did. One section of the Jakobweg trail winds through Oberperfuss, passing by many reflective places along the way.
Of course, you can enjoy your hike in the company of others as well. From June until the end of September you can participate in guided hikes at no charge.
Delicacies
Whether you are hiking as a family, with friends, or alone - any way you look at it, your final destination should be a cosy Alpine inn where you can stop for a bite to eat. Enjoy the simple yet delicious cuisine of a Tyrolean Alpine inn. It is just the right thing after your climb to the top. Even vegetarians will find a variety of options here.
